Leveraging 30 years of Defense Acquisition experience, DMS Defense specializes in Foreign Military Sales (FMS), obsolescence, program management, and business development strategies. We have worked closely with warfighters and acquisition professionals in all 4 US Military services, more than 30 foreign militaries, and multiple leading defense industry clients. The primary objective with each is to help get the most out of the $600B US defense marketplace.

John Martins is an aerospace engineer and Desert Storm Combat veteran who worked as a Topgun Instructor, a Test Pilot, and a White House Policy Analyst. He was a program manager in three of the largest Joint defense acquisition program offices, overseeing the development and production of all three F-35 variants and managing a Joint portfolio of 7 ACAT I missile programs.

As a warfighter working with Congress, the Pentagon, the State Department, partner nations, and most major defense industry primes and subs, he views challenges from multiple perspectives. This experience shapes his leadership of DMS Defense to provide tailored and effective solutions to a wide range of customers across the defense acquisition spectrum.
